P&I LOGA supports you in your search for and selection of suitable employees - from publishing the vacancy and job profile to capturing the internal and external applicants and their relevant qualifications to generating correspondence out of P&I LOGA using standard Microsoft Office formats to comparing profiles and automatically transferring external applicant data to the personnel master file when hired. The Applicant management module offers comfortable support throughout the entire recruitment process.
The process starts by setting up the job description and generating internal and external vacancy announcements. External applicants' data have to be captured, whereas internal applicants' data can be imported from the personnel master file. The applicants can be assigned to different job vacancies. All correspondence (letters of confirmation, requests for further documents, invitations to interviews, rejections, etc.) can be automatically generated thanks to the integration of MS Word.
