Annual Document according to §10 WpPG (German Securities Prospectus Act)

According to the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz, WpPG), which came into effect on 1 July 2005, an issuer whose securities are admitted for trading on an organized market is required to issue an "annual document" which is made available to the public, at least once a year.
The following is a summary of all the information which our company published or made available to the public during the fiscal year 2005/2006, according to § 10 clause 1 of the WpPG.
