P&I PLUS Seminar Management

All functions relating to training can be displayed optionally by P&I PLUS from the perspective either of the employee or of the internal training organisation.

Employee perspective

From an employee's perspective a need for further training arises from an assessment or statutory requirements. Based on the available range of training programmes, which are stored as a catalogue in P&I PLUS, the scheduled measures are planned for the employee and his or her attendance arranged.

  • Applications/Requests to register for seminars;
  • Registration for seminars/Attendance at seminars;
  • Automatic registration for internally organised seminars:
  • Automatic confirmation of registration, notification of the supervisor, and entry in the attendance list;
  • Storage of the registration status and costs of the training measures in the personnel master file;
  • Inclusion on a waiting list and automatic updating of the attendance list if a registration is cancelled.

Organisation perspective

From the organiser's perspective, the catalogued training measures also form the core information in terms of seminar management. On this basis the training department plans and administers all training measures offered, starting with the capturing of all registrations, right up to the selection and administration of the lecturers and location.

  • Compilation of the internal/external seminar programme;
  • Integrated and automated registration process within event and seminar management;
  • Capture of the registrations and generation of confirmations;
  • Administration of the participants and waiting lists, and automatic validation of the attendance pre-conditions of the registered persons;
  • Automatic generation of waiting lists if courses/seminars are fully booked, and automatic updating of persons on the waiting list. Immediate notification of the new participants;
  • Administration of the assessments of the lecturers by the participants;
  • Administration of seminar premises and contract hotels, for example, in terms of equipment, size and availability;
  • Administration of the lecturers/speakers by means of schedule overviews.
