P&I PLUS Personnel cost planning
The organisation plan with indication of the jobs filled forms the primary basis for personnel cost planning. Based on the organisation plan data (period of validity, scope of employment and period of employment) and the personnel data from the master files (wage tariff group allocation, work time model, unpaid absences), P&I PLUS is capable of drawing up capacity and cost planning budgets. Additional information on planned new hires, hire stops, etc. further refine the result. The extrapolation results are then summarised for each organisational unit.
