P&I PLUS Human Resource Management

The Human Resource management module offers all the functions and options of one of the most cutting edge HR management systems allowing you to administer employee data rationally and in a clearly structured manner. All human resource management processes can be mapped - from hiring, allocation to a collective wage tariff, to departure. Any number of employment statuses can be captured for each employee. These can be consecutive or simultaneous (part-time work during parental leave). As such, all personnel data only ever have to be entered once and are available for all functions within P&I PLUS, such as personnel development, absence management or the integrated job management. Contractually agreed working hours and registered absences are a material prerequisite for staff planning and time management.

The Absence module enhances the personnel management solution and is based on the employment relationship of an employee, whose employment details are filed in the Personnel management module. One of the integral components of this module is the weekly working time and the work time model, on which the system bases its calculation of the employee's vacancy entitlement and keeps track of holidays taken and outstanding (optionally on a daily or hourly basis). Other functions include the administration of maternal leave, parental leave, compulsory military service, suspensions, seminar attendances but also the various types of illness.
