P&I PLUS Position plan
An Position plan can be stored in P&I PLUS, with each position being allocated a temporal validity, thus enabling changes to the organisation plan to be tracked historically. Positions histories for each post offer information on which employee occupied the post to which extent for which period. As a fully integrated system, P&I PLUS makes sure, when posts are filled, that the employment of the position holder is valid, that the agreed weekly working hours are compatible with the scope of the position and that the assignment of the employee to a wage tariff group is compatible with the position. Whereby one employee can be distributed over various open partial positions, or one position can be occupied by several position holders. The organisation plan can be displayed in various formats. by position
In the explorer tree the left-hand template window displays all freely defined posiotion groups. A click opens the selected group and offers access, first to the individual positions and - after selection of a position - to the position holders and open (partial) positions..
by organisation
An organisational allocation can be stored when setting up the organisation plan. When the organisation display is selected, the organisational units are displayed in the explorer tree in the left-hand template window. A click on an organisational unit reveals the underlying positions and, at the next level, the job holders and free positions.

Select an employee to view the position occupied by him or her.
