P&I PLUS Time management

This module comprises resource planning and the registration and evaluation of clock-in/clock-out times.

Resource planning

The first phase determines the requirements in terms of the qualifications and numbers of employees needed for a certain shift, depending on the type of day.
The second phase rolls out the staff shift schedule, which allows planners to see the times where too many or too few members of staff are assigned to the shifts. The planner then makes corrections - taking into account the contractually agreed working times of each employee and the overall staff requirement - which ultimately culminate in an approved shift/work schedule.

Registration and evaluation of clock-in/clock-out times

Clock-in/clock-out times and, where appropriate, types of assignment (products) are captured by the employees or their supervisors. Electronic clock terminals simplify the procedure and are an integral part of the system.

P&I PLUS manages the widest range of work time accounts for each employee and - depending on the type of contract - makes certain times available for evaluation and payment purposes to the payroll accounting process, where these times result in additional payments to the employees.
