P&I PLUS
P&I PLUS, web-based Human Resource management/time management is a high-performance solution that fulfils the most stringent standards in the field of personnel management. The functions of the solution focus on human resource administration, position planning/management, workplace management, personnel cost planning, seminar management (training), applicant management, resource planning, staff deployment planning/shift management, product registration, time and attendance, electronic clock-in/clock-out. Online interfaces exist to the payroll accounting systems P&I LOGA and KIDICAP, and batch interfaces to the SAP-HR and PAISY systems.
The primary cross-module functions include:
