Payroll

This module represents one of P&I's core competencies and is one of the best-performing payroll systems available on the German market. Some of the module functions are listed as examples below:
Automatic inclusion of all collective wage agreements in the industrial and public sectors

    The system does not just perform individual retroactive accounting, but also collective retroactive accounting for all members of staff affected, for example, by a retroactive adjustment to the health insurance contribution rate
  • Support for the net/gross approximation procedure
    P&I LOGA extrapolates all salary payments (individual or total payments) based on a target net payment taking into account the individual tax and social security deductions from the relevant gross salary (for example, new recruits, salary reviews or If certain net salary levels need to be guaranteed for foreign assignments)
  • Automated procedure for extraordinary payments
  • Automatic procedure for collective wage increases
  • Automatic recalculation of all wage components and the ensuing allowances and averages, even for retroactive wage adjustments arising from collective bargaining agreements.

  • Storage of any number of employment contracts for any one member of staff. It is irrespective whether these contracts follow on consecutively from each other (apprentice is taken on as a full member of staff) or not (seasonal worker), or whether several contracts exist at the same time (parental leave and part-time assistance).

    Payroll is provided for use in a number of European countries. As such, P&I LOGA includes the tax, social security and collective wage regulations not just for Germany but also for those countries where P&I LOGA payroll has been approved (Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, etc.)
