Human resource management
The P&I LOGA system unites those functions under human resource management, which do not belong to the categories of payroll accounting, travel expense accounting and time management. These are:
- Adminínstration of personnel data
- Personnel development
- Training/Seminar management
- Applicant management
- Personnel cost planning
- Organisation plan
- Archiving
The special features of the system
- All modules are based on the same data model and the same technology, which ensures the following benefits for the users:
- Redundant-free data storage
- Integrated solution without internal interfaces
- All data from all modules are always up-to-date and available to the analysis generator integrated into P&I LOGA
- Standardised user interface
- Freely definable work processes
- Multilingual (language can be individually selected by the user)
- Multi-client capabilities (cross-client parameters and tables)
- MS Office integration for
- preparing letters (e.g. applicant management)
- forms and documents (MS Word) (e.g. employment contracts, statements of earnings)
- analyses (MS Excel) (e.g. all lists stipulated by law or company rules)
The individual modules are explained in detail on the relevant pages. Here we would just like to add one point about the Archiving module:
The Archiving module is a fully encrypted archiving system for the secure storage of all personnel data. We distinguish among two types of data:
- Scanned data (references, job applications, certificates, etc.)
- Data generated by P&I LOGA during the payroll/travel expense accounting processes (payslips, income tax registrations, health insurance lists, etc.)
The data (scanned or generated by P&I LOGA) are converted by the Archiving module into PDF format and file under an encrypted name in an archive structure defined by the clients themselves.
The archive should be structured in such a way as to ensure that different archives are defined for each employee. For example:
- One archive for job application documentation and references
- One archive for payroll / travel expense accounting data (payslips, travel expense reports)
- One archive for documents that need to be kept during the course of the employment relationship (employment contract, addenda to the contract, job descriptions, commission agreements, interim references, etc.)
A further archive contains all the documents generated during the payroll accounting process that are not assignable to a single employee (e.g. health insurance lists, transfer lists, income tax registrations, trade association lists).
