Seminar management
Within the framework of education, training and personnel development, P&I LOGA offers the option of storing a programme of both internal seminars and seminars offered by training organisations sorted by topic in the system, whereby a seminar can be offered on different dates at different locations. Employees are registered by selecting their master data in the P&I LOGA database. This eliminates the need to capture attendance data. The cost centre to be charged with the seminar fees is defined at the same time. The participation in a seminar is automatically documented in the employee's master file, thus allowing the implementation of personnel development plans to be tracked at any time. In addition, the module offers the following standard functions:
- Waiting lists with update function
- Seminar evaluation
- Cost charging to the appropriate cost centre, invoicing where appropriate
- Room planning (capacity, equipment, etc.)
