Time and Attendance

Shorter and more flexible hours coupled with the need to reduce costs and raise productivity are forcing companies and corporations to increasingly resort to flexible, standardised time management systems. P&I LOGA's Time management module is able to support these processes, given that it is an integral component of P&I LOGA, as is the case with all other P&I LOGA modules. Work time recording and accounting can no longer be seen as a stand-alone issue, given the complexity of corporate processes. Experience has shown that interfaces to payroll accounting invariably cause problems, for example, just in terms of absence management. There is no longer any need to query which system needs to record which absences since time management and payroll accounting are based on the same data pool.
The existing modularity ensures the gradual incorporation and future expandability of the system. The basic time management module encompasses the standard collective wage and statutory regulations for working hours. Deviating or modified individual models can be easily managed and integrated.
