P&I AG and fidelis HR are linked thanks to a long-standing partnership in connection with marketing of P&I products as a service at the computer centre of fidelis HR.With immediate effect, the two companies have agreed that fidelis HR will offer its DLOHN customers P&I products as a upgrade as well as for purchase.
This week, payroll accounting was performed for a total of 1,600 white collar employees and civil servants of Dataport using the new software solution. The objective of the KoPers project is a joint HR solution for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein, including the municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein. Dataport, the IT service provider of the federal states of Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, the municipalities of Schleswig-Holstein and the tax administration bodies of Lower-Saxony and Mecklenburg-Western-Pomerania, is currently imple-menting a joint IT system for human resources management with the aid of the HR solution from P&I.
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg has already been using the applicant management module of the KoPers system in live opera-tions since 2012.
Successful replacement of Permis A for the 1,600 employees of Dataport is only an initial step. Additional municipalities with approx. 12,000 personnel cases will also be starting live operations in the next few weeks. By the end of 2013, all of the municipalities in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein that currently use Permis A for payroll will switch to payroll accounting with KoPers. Thus, the plan to replace the Permis A system by the end of 2013 has been con-firmed.
