Successful accounting for almost 60,000 personnel cases with KoPers
190 administrative units in Schleswig-Holstein have gone live with Dataport
In the meantime, payroll accounting covering the remuneration, compensation and pensions of all municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein operated via the IT service provider is running productively using the HR management solution KoPers. This means that almost 60,000 personnel cases in 190 administrative units – district salary offices, administrative districts, municipalities, public offices and cities – have started real-time operation on schedule and the predecessor system Permis A has successfully been replaced entirely.
The objective of the KoPers project is a joint HR solution for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. Dataport, the leading IT service provider in Northern Germany, supplies the joint IT system on the basis of the HR software solution of P&I AG.
Thanks to utilisation of the KoPers HR management process - in addition to payroll accounting - the municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein also benefit from comprehensive additional features that the old Permis A solution did not offer. For example, position administration and personnel cost planning have already been introduced in addition to payroll accounting.
